My focus is on achievable changes that support long-term health. There are no quick fixes or restrictive protocols. Instead, we work towards sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that help you feel more balanced, resilient, and supported over time.
Health is not static. Follow-up consultations allow us to review your progress, assess how your body is responding, and make thoughtful adjustments as needed. This ongoing support helps ensure your plan evolves with you and continues to meet your changing needs.
All consultations are conducted online via Google Meet or Zoom, allowing you to receive personalised support from the comfort of your own home.
The initial consultation lasts approximately 75–90 minutes and explores your current symptoms, health history, and goals in detail. Following the session, you will receive a personalised health plan along with any recommended supplements to support your wellbeing. A follow up call can be scheduled to discuss the plan.
Follow-up consultations are 30-45 minutes and focus on reviewing your progress, assessing how the health plan has supported your symptoms, and making any necessary adjustments to ensure continued improvement.

I’m Rowena, a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. After many years navigating my own health struggles — including endocrine and autoimmune conditions, lipoedema and surgical menopause — I learned the profound impact that personalised nutrition and lifestyle support can have on health and wellbeing.
This experience inspired me to study Nutritional Therapy full-time for three years, graduating in 2021. My training deepened my understanding of how nutrition, micronutrients, gut health, hormones, and lifestyle factors work together to influence immune function and overall wellbeing.
I work predominantly with women experiencing hormone imbalance, autoimmunity, gut dysregulation, fatigue, and chronic health concerns. My approach is rooted in whole-person, evidence-informed naturopathic care, focusing on sustainable, food-first nutrition and practical lifestyle strategies that support long-term health.
I am fully accredited by the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the General Council of Naturopaths in the UK and adhere to their professional and ethical standards in all my clinical planning.
